Our OneOak project, initiated in 2009, is our major environmental educational project. It will run until 2013.

Our TreeWatch project also includes education a major aim. This is described on our science page.

OneOak

following the life story of one oak tree

OneOak is our major education project.

We are connecting people with growing trees for wood by focusing on the life of one oak tree.

Since September 2009 we have been working with over 250 primary school children - introducing them to the OneOak tree and to sustainable forestry.  The project was launched publicly in January 2010 with the felling of the tree.

We have a website for the project, a dedicated blog and much more, including original music, film and art.
