Operations Manager
Christine first became part of the Sylva makers community in 2016 working part-time as a traditional upholsterer at one of the on-site business units. In 2023 she joined the Sylva Foundation team part-time providing administrative support across our operational work. Christine has now joined the team full-time as Operations Manager to continue supporting the effective running, resilience, and future growth of the Sylva Foundation.
Christine is a Chartered Landscape Architect with 20 years’ experience in planning, design and construction, working in private consultancy and public sector. She is a specialist in green infrastructure and nature-based solutions. Christine is a keen crafter/maker with traditional upholstery, lampshade making and patchwork particular favourites.
