myForest for Education

myForest for Education is an easy-to-use and free online application that enables any educator, or young person, to generate straightforward woodland management plans, maps and ecological impact assessments for woodland sites and school grounds.

myForest for Education has been designed to support forest education initiatives, such as Forest School, by giving providers access to woodland management tools. While designing and building myForest for Education, we consulted closely with more than 100 Forest School Leaders, environmental educators and teachers who participated in early trials and contributed ideas.

Forest educators are provided with a dedicated account, separate to those used by woodland owners and foresters. It includes special features and guidance for educators.

myForest for Educators is supported by the Forest School Association. It has been developed and launched thanks to the generous support of the Patsy Wood Trust.
