We recently noticed that quite a few myForest users have registered for both an agent account to manage their clients, and a business account to promote their business.
Rather than use two separate accounts, we thought it would be easier if users could access business functions from their agent accounts. From now on then, all users of an agent account can list themselves on the business directory, and have their own access to the wood market.
Any users with the two kinds of account can have their accounts merged into an upgraded agent account. We have contacted all account holders that we could find with duplicate accounts, but if we have missed you then please contact us and we will merge your accounts for you.
If you have an existing agent account then you will automatically have access to the new functions. You will find a new “wood market” tab on your account screen, and you can enable your directory listing by logging in and going to the “account details” tab.
