The image management system of myForest has been given a major overhaul. Woodland owners can upload and manage photos of their woodlands and woodland agents and business users can upload logos for use on the site. Users can now upload images in PNG, GIF or JPEG format and large images are resized for efficient use.

Sylva’s myForest Service continues to go from strength to strength. This month the total area of woodlands mapped by woodland owners or agents exceeded 5300 hectares. It was also exciting to see woodlands in Northern Ireland appearing on the webmap for the first time, together with further interest in Scotland.
